Family Therapy

Family therapy is an involved process which calls upon each individual within the family unit to come together as a unified entity.

You are in this together!

Within each family unit there are different ways of communicating, distinctive stages of life, and sometimes conflicting expectations.  In the non-threatening milieu of family therapy each family member is given a voice to share their individual concerns which can give the family the opportunity to collaboratively bring about systematic change.
